Event Rules & Regulations


  • Each college/university is permitted to register only two teams or two individuals per event, for both on-stage and off-stage events.
  • All participants must carry their valid college/university ID card for verification.
  • Participants must confirm their participation by submitting the registration form on or before 15th February.
  • The decision of the judges and organizers will be final and binding.
  • The use of fire, chemicals, crackers, animals, or any hazardous materials during performances is strictly prohibited.
  • All performances and content must be respectful, appropriate, and free from any content that may be considered insensitive.
  • Participants requiring accommodation must inform the organizers at least one week in advance.
  • All participants are expected to maintain proper conduct and discipline. Any form of indiscipline will result in immediate disqualification of the individual or entire team.
